Despite his remarkable performances in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Sanju Samson, a powerful batsman with immense white-ball talent, has had limited opportunities in India’s white-ball cricket. despite being picked as the backup batsman for the Asia Cup 2023, he was left out of Rohit Sharma’s World Cup squad as KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer was removed.
