Redmayne grew up close by at Alstonville after being born in Lismore, New South Wales. She began her cricket career at a young age because she was the youngest of three children. Playing cricket with his older brother in the backyard helped him develop his skills. Her father, a local coach who studied dentistry, aggressively encouraged girls to play on teams with guys. While playing for the Alstonville Maroons Under-12s in February 2005, he caused a stir by grabbing a double hat-trick (four wickets in four balls). She had already participated in two state carnivals on behalf of the North Coast PSSA cricket team by that point. Later, he played cricket matches for the NSW state under-15, under-17, and under-18 teams.

Redmayne advanced significantly in cricket while attending Alstonville High School and competing for the Combined High School. In her last two years of high school, she broke numerous marks for CHS girls’ cricket batting and was named Player of the Carnival. Additionally, he led the CHS Firsts. He began playing men’s second-class cricket alongside his father when he was 16 years old. Georgia Redmayne Career in Domestic & Franchise

Redmayne was an element of the New South Wales Breakers roster for the 2014–15 season as of August 2014. During the 2014–15 WNCL Final, she played her first game for the Breakers in the Women’s National Cricket League (WNCL).

Hobart Hurricanes and Tasmanian Roar: In May 2016, Tasmanian Roar hired Redmayne, who had thought about retiring, for the 2016–17 WNCL season. The strategy came off as she became the first Tasmanian player to achieve a century in the WNCL and helped the Roar defeat the ACT Meteors in a nail-biting last-ball triumph. The month after, he scored 116 against Western Fury, continuing his superb streak. He recorded seven catches, five stumpings, and 278 runs at an average of 23 all over the WBBL|02 competition.
